Frog in Leaf"
Superb netsuke of folded leaves carved from a
single piece
of wood, with a frog carved from staghorn shown hiding within the leaf
and peering out from the opening.
This netsuke is of unsurpassed quality, and features detailed foil backed eyes,
that seem to follow your movements. This was designed to go
with the inro shown below, but is being sold separately. A
special price deduction will be given If purchased with the inro and
ojime shown below.

"Inro
Frog on Leaf with Matching Netsuke and Ojime"
Intricately carved wooden Inro with a staghorn carved frog on the top of
a multi-leaf wood one
chamber box. As with the above netsuke, this foil backed eyes,
and has inlaid staghorn acorns and coral lady bug on the exterior of the
inro.
This is one of the exceptionally fine examples of three dimensional
art by this renowned artist.
